We use various testing equipment to 100% quality test cable assemblies, which enables us to find any defective or mis-wired cables instantly.   We utilize equipment from various companies to test for continuity and resistance and to perform hipot and component testing to ensure the quality and workmanship of every product we manufacture.   Furthermore, Edgar's manufacturing facilities have been certified to meet the standards of TS 16949 and ISO 9001, and we also have been registered by UL and CSA to manufacture product meeting the UL/CSA safety requirements. To ensure that a high standard of workmanship and quality is maintained, JEM trains and certifies its personnel to the latest IPC standard (IPC-A-620).
